SENATE BILL 386

Effective July 1, 2021 SB 386 (the ‘Nevada Hospitality and Travel Workers Right to Return Act’) created rights for certain ‘laid off’ employees.  The Act will be effective for 2 years.

FULL TEXT OF NEVADA SENATE BILL 386​

VOLUNTARY OPT-OUT

SB 386 pursuant to the NV Hospitality and Travel Workers Right to Return to Work Act, certain 'laid off' employees are entitled to be offered job position that is the same or similar position within the same job classification that you held at the time of being laid off with the company. 

If you no longer wish to receive offers of employment from the Company pursuant to SB 386, please complete the form below as your written notice indicating as such. 

Providing such written notice will in no way prevent you from applying for open positions with the Company or any of Affinity Gaming’s properties.
